PRESS

CLIENTS AND

PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS

We would be pleased to provide support and assistance to members of the press and authors but there is a limit to what we can do. Here is a list of things that we cannot do:

     • We cannot discuss the level of security or lack thereof at any museum.

     • We cannot discuss any specific theft from a perspective of critically analyzing deficiencies that contributed to that theft.

     • We cannot tell vou how to break in to a museum. Yes! We are asked this question by novelists and screenwriters about six times per year on average.

     • We cannot discuss law enforcement methods not commonlv known..

We are often asked about general information for background and we will assess each question on a question by question basis. We understand your needs and will try to provide an answer that won’t result in increased vulnerability to the museum community..

Please call Steve’s mobile at 386 235-7500 between 9 am and 11 pm EST seven days. Leave voicemail clearly and slowly. If you have a deadline, say so. I'll do my best.

The best way to reach me is to phone me. You can leave voicemail but if you need a quick call back, text me and leave your phone number and name. My mobile is (386) 235-7500. I return all calls and texts quikcly but if I am with a client or on a plane it may takea bit longer. I do not get emails in real time. I check email twice per day but if I am traveling I often cannot get emails.every day so voicemail or text is best. Speak slowly and clearly when leaving a message.

Understanding the Architectural Process

What is the free download about?

This is actually two documents in one. Part One explains the architectural process for anyone who is facing a new building or major renovation project in the future or who just wants to understand the process. Part 2 is called "So You Want To Be A Security Consultant" and is my gift to my younger colleagues who are considering hanging out their shingle. I wrote this 100+ page document as my gift to my colleague and clients because, while I am not retiring I am cutting back on my projects and will eventually ride off into the sunset leaving a vacuum to be filled. To build a successful consulting practice, one must understand the architectural process so I thought combining them into one document was appropriate. Click the document to start the download.

This article is about how commonly available artificial intelligence programs are now a major threat to your security. This is an important article for all of my clients to read immediately. Click on the image above to download the article. Save it to your hard drive.
