On April 6, 2009 our previous owners closed our doors for business reasons in order to concentrate on their core business, sports and entertainment security. Steve Keller, Alicia Ricci and Stephen Swen immediately negotiated an employee buyout of the company. This occurred successfully without a serious disruption in service to our clients. If you are an existing client, you should read the details of this buyout at the link provided. If you are a possible new client considering using our services, you, too, should visit the link for important information.


We continue in full operation, better and stronger than ever, and continue to service all projects, but since you may have questions about insurance, contracts, etc. all are discussed HERE.  Portions of this website may be contradictory to the Breaking News at the above link, particularly the ownership statement. The website will be updated as soon as possible. If you have any questions after reading this FAQ page, please call us. Your understanding is appreciated.


Note: We keep this site’s home page up and running so old friends can find us. We have, however, changed our name and have a new website. We are trying to get the massive amounts of materials switched over to the new site but this will take time and we will still need to leave this site up and running for some time so we can be found.

If you are looking for the very popular Articles and Downloads page or if your link to the blog portal has been lost it is because of this change. Please visit the new website and you will find everything. Re-subscribe to the RSS feed to the blog AT THE NEW WEBSITE to correct that lost link. Bookmark the new website and delete the old bookmarks.


We will be cleaning up a few broken links that occurred as a result of this move during the month of March 2010. If you find a broken link, let us know. Sorry for the inconvenience but we have hundreds of links and it takes time to check and fix them all.
